BAWA Return & Exchange Policy

At BAWA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bawa.com and we will provide you with the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you can do so within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Similar to returns, items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Please reach out to our customer service team at support@bawa.com, and they will assist you with the exchange process.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
